Andrew Carr - Sales Partner MNAEA
Having started his career some 20 years ago Andrew has gained a wealth of experience with residential sales. After spending 13 years developing his career in London and Surrey managing several high profile agents Andrew decided to move back to his home of North Devon. Three years ago Andrew joined Turners property management which is now recognised as one of the leading property management and estate agents within the area.
Michelle Turner - Dip HI CRLM FNAEA
As a fully qualified and experienced Letting Agent and Home Inspector, Michelle brings a high level of knowledge and expertise to the lettings and property management department. Together with her team of dedicated staff which includes Home Inspectors and Domestic Energy Assessors, she provides a fully professional service to landlords, tenants and block leaseholders, covering the whole Property Management spectrum.
The team also provides Energy Performance Certificates for inclusion in Home Information Packs and the new legal requirements for Residential Rented Properties.
Joy Burge - Lettings Manager
Since joining Turner-Carr in October 2006, Joy has already gained a wealth of experience in residential lettings and management. She is currently studying to build on this experience and soon hopes to achieve the Technical Degree in Residential Lettings and Property Management, which will lead her towards gaining her Diploma.
Joy, as our Lettings Manager, deals with landlords’ and tenants’ day-to-day problems. With her sunny disposition and ability to remain cool calm and collected whatever the crisis, she is ideally suited to this role.
Away from the office, she is a dedicated netball player and enjoys walking which keeps her fit, active and busy.
Lisa Griffith - Receptionist
Lisa, our newest member of staff, previously worked in an Estate Agency office. After taking time out to travel and start a family, she joined Turner Carr in 2008.
She enjoys meeting people and in her role as receptionist, is perfectly suited as first contact for both our Sales and Lettings departments. Lisa also enjoys carrying out accompanied viewings and liaising with customers and clients.
Away from work, Lisa’s busy life is currently taken up with looking after her family, aerobics and driving lessons.
Kelly Pearce - Part Time Sales Negotiator
Kelly is employed as a part time sales negotiator within Turner-Carr covering weekends and busy periods. She has gained a great deal of experience having previously worked for Turner-Carr on a full time basis. Her roles include carrying out accompanied viewings, negotiating sales and progress chasing.
